In 2015, CPMI-IOSCO published the standards for Public Quantitative Disclosure for CCPs and encouraged CCPs around the globe to use a common template.
On 2nd of November 2017, CCP12 – the Global Association of Central Counterparties – officially released the CCP12 Template on Public Quantitative Disclosure, which provides a global harmonized approach. This Template, represents CCP12’s active response to CPMI-IOSCO and our endeavor to foster industry best practices. It improves the standardization and transparency of the CCP industry by facilitating comparable data points and formats. The Template has been adopted by CCPs across the globe, both by members and non-members of CCP12.
CCP12 additionally maintains a list of Frequently Asked Questions to promote consistent implementation and appropriate interpretation of the Template.
